The letter being sent to foreign language club sponsors was read, amended, and approved unanimously as amended
The members are pairing up to research and prepare backup educational games and competitions for the banquet in case no clubs for that culture attend or if the club(s) for that culture attending do not bring any.

Section C: Book Sale & Literacy Baskets
Maura & Sabrina - Collecting Books; they will be responsible for collecting books from citizens, schools, libraries, etc. for the book sale.
